Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at erkut@jatexinternational.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 20 International Way, Lawrence MA 01843, United States.
If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged during shipping. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We’ll evaluate the issue and do our best to make it right.
Non-returnable Items
At this time, we do not have any non-returnable items. All products can be returned as long as they meet the above conditions.
Refunds and Exchanges
Refunds are only available for items that were damaged or defective upon arrival. In these cases, we will cover the return shipping costs. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds, exchanges, or store credit for other reasons such as changes of mind.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If the return is approved, we’ll process the refund on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
